You are legally and ethically responsible for any artwork that you post or transmit using the services of Polishculture.ca Further, you are responsible for honouring the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights. You are responsible for obtaining the permission of any copyrighted work prior to posting. In posting work to Polishculture.ca you are giving permission for your image to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Identities
Polishculture.ca does not sell any information about our members. The contact information in our database will only be used to enable you to sell your artwork to the site's visitors, and to keep you informed about changes to the site. Each artist, during the membership signup process, is responsible for indicating how they wish to be contacted by prospective buyers. Only the specified contact information will be displayed on the member`s homepage. The services of Polishculture.ca are not to be used for the purpose of bulk communications, to send any illegal, libellous, abusive or offensive messages or material that may constitute a criminal offensive or give rise to civil liability. The artwork must not promote hatred, violence or pornography. Artwork considered in violation of this requirement will be removed from the site. Artists who post artwork containing adult content should clearly identify this in the description of their homepage. Polishculture.ca expects its clients to provide complete and accurate information on the artworks posted on the site. The posting of false or misleading information will lead to the cancellation of privileges. Polishculture.ca expects its clients to have clear title to any artwork posted to the site. Any work of art whose title is in question or in dispute should not be posted to the site. Polishculture.ca will delete any work of art whose title is in question and advise the posting client accordingly
